This Privacy Policy forms a legally binding agreement between users and Vriddhi Loan-Line of Credit and becomes effective immediately upon use of the Application or related services. In accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, all collected personal and sensitive information is treated as protected personal data. For normal form-filling purposes, the Application may temporarily access clipboard content solely to support paste functionality.
We collect personally identifiable information only when users voluntarily register, apply for loans, or submit supporting documents through our official application or online channels.
Mobile Device Data & Mobile App Permissions
To support credit assessment, fraud prevention, account security, and service operation, Vriddhi Loan-Line of Credit may collect limited device and behavioral information based on user authorization. All permissions are obtained with explicit user consent, and users may disable permissions at any time through device settings. Disabling certain permissions may impact some verification or service functions.

Phone Number
With user consent, we collect the registered mobile number for account registration, login verification, identity confirmation, repayment reminders, and service communication.
SMS
After authorization, the Application may access financial and verification-related SMS information for OTP verification, transaction validation, and fraud prevention purposes. We do not access unrelated personal messages.
GPS
With explicit permission, we collect location information to support address verification, fraud prevention, compliance monitoring, and risk management functions.
Emergency Contacts
With user authorization, the Application only collects a maximum of two (2) emergency contacts provided by the user. This information is used only for verification, emergency communication, or repayment reminder purposes and will not be used for unrelated marketing activities.

With authorization, we collect user Image data for identity verification, KYC compliance, face authentication, and document upload verification required under applicable lending regulations.
App List
After user approval, we collect the list of all applications installed on the user’s device to evaluate device security, detect abnormal behavior, and support fraud prevention and credit assessment processes.
App Usage
With authorization, we collect usage information relating to applications installed on the user’s device, including activity frequency, usage duration, and interaction behavior. This information helps improve service quality, strengthen fraud monitoring, and optimize risk management systems.
Device Information
With user consent, we collect device-related information including device model, operating system version, device identifiers, network details, and operating parameters. This data is used for security protection, anti-fraud verification, and credit risk analysis.
All personal information collected by the platform is used only for lawful service operations, compliance management, and risk control purposes in accordance with Indian laws and regulations. User data may be used for the following purposes:

Certain tax or financial records may be retained for up to ten (10) years where required by applicable regulations.
Where accounts are subject to disputes, investigations, or legal proceedings, data retention periods may be extended until such matters are resolved. After retention requirements expire or processing purposes are completed, personal information will be deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated where immediate deletion is not technically possible.
